My Top 5 Inspiring and Encouraging Songs

You know, sometimes the song just says it better and gets to the heart of the matter more than any words can. You can lean on them as refuges and reminders when you need to.

As promised last time, here are five songs that have sustained and encouraged me in challenging times. I've also listed the artists who recorded them and the album title you can find them on.

I'm Not Gonna Worry - Gaither Vocal Band (Everything Good) - This song went a long way in helping me overcome being a chronic worrier.

A Greater Yes - Whisnants (New Day Dawning) - See the September newsletter for comments on this one. 

Dream Big - Ryan Shupe and the Rubberband (Dream Big). This gentle bluegrass flavored song says it pure, simply...and powerfully. 

Sometimes He Calms the Storm - Scott Krippayne (Wild Imagination) - A reminding, calming effect in troubled times. 

Whatcha Need - Mark Lowry (Be The Miracle) - This song put many confusing life situations in perspective for me.
