So what's an "encouragement coaching session"? 

Sample Sessions

The free* sample half hour sessions are done by telephone, taking you through an exercise about what areas are most important in your life, what is most complete, what is missing and what it would take to make them complete for you. There is no obligation! However, if you choose to continue with regularly scheduled sessions, this exercise may help you form the basis of the agenda you bring to your sessions about the areas you would like to work on.

Regular Sessions

Regular coaching sessions run for one half hour primarily by telephone at a regularly scheduled time with unlimited e-mail contact in between sessions.

Benefits of sessions:

Stay Positive...Stay Focused -- If you are pursuing a goal but feeling distracted, fighting discouragement and facing doubts. 
 - Identify doubts and distractions that hold you back and find ways to get past the roadblocks
 - Use encouragement to boost your confidence 

This is especially helpful to musicians or writers who feel a bit stuck with where they are and want to remove stumbling blocks to help them move forward in their careers.

Get Started -- For those who want to share their gifts and talents but need to find the first steps in making that happen. 

 - Clarify your focus of where you really want to go

 - Firm up your communication skills to help reach your goals and put your best self forward 
 - Brainstorm means and opportunities to let people know about you!

Regular Session Fees:

$50 per half hour - at least two per month are encouraged; minimum of one per month required.
